Servus's 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. We welcomed 323 guests virtually.

Board elections were not held in 2024. The election was suspended due to the proposed merger with connectFirst Credit Union. 

Board members, whose election terms had not ended as of the AGM on March 6, 2024 will continue to serve. Their terms will continue until whichever happens first: their term expires or the proposed merger proceeds.

If the merger proceeds, the merged credit union's Board of Directors will be established in accordance with the amalgamation agreement approved at the Special General Meeting held on September 19, 2023. A summary of the amalgamation agreement is available in the merger member guide.
