Manage your Mastercard® account

You’ve activated your new Servus Mastercard®. That’s great. You may have questions about managing your account, and we have some tips to help you.

Signing in to Mastercard Online

The best way to see your personal Servus Mastercard account is to sign in through online banking. Sign in to see your banking, Servus Mastercard and Servus Circle RewardsTM information in one place.

If you have a Business Mastercard, are a supplementary cardholder or do not have online banking, sign in to your Servus Mastercard account on the Mastercard site.

Please note: Once you sign in through online banking, you can't sign in through the Mastercard site directly.

Getting your statements

The easiest way to get your statements is to opt in for e-statements. You will be alerted when your statement is ready, and you’ll always know when your payment is due.

Changing your personal identification number (PIN)

Once you’ve activated your new Mastercard, it will work with the PIN you received in the mail. You don’t need to change your PIN.

If you do want to change your PIN, it is a two-step process.

  1. Call 1.844.334.3808 option 2 and follow the steps in the automated phone system.
  2. Visit any credit union ATM and use your new PIN to do a balance inquiry. The display will show zero balance.

This will sync your card and PIN and it will be ready to use.

Updating recurring payments

If your Servus Mastercard is replacing another card, it will have a different account number. You’ll need to update your card information with any merchants to whom you make recurring payments and any services where you keep your Mastercard number on file. Remember, merchants will not be able to complete transactions with your new Mastercard until you have activated your card. We’ve provided tips to help you make these changes.

Updating online banking information

If you pay your Mastercard bill through online banking, don’t forget to update your bill payee information with your new account number. The name of the bill payee is “Servus Mastercard.” 

Updating automatic bill payments to Mastercard

If your credit card bill payment is made automatically each month, you’ll need to set up payments with your new card information. When you set up your new automatic payment, it will need to be for the same amount each month. You won’t be able to select automatic payments for the minimum payment or full statement balance. Using your rewards

Servus Circle RewardsTM is available to view through online banking (or through the Mastercard site). You can view your points balance and book travel, pick rewards or redeem for cash back on your credit card balance.

If you have a Business Mastercard, are a supplementary cardholder or do not have online banking, sign in to your Servus Mastercard account to view your rewards.
