During a postal stoppage
- Regular mailings - Servus will hold most information normally mailed to members, such as statements, until postal service starts again.
- Time sensitive transaction - Servus will contact members by phone about business such as loan renewals and payments.
- Payments to members - Servus will use alternate methods to send funds. Fees may apply.
- Mastercard payments - Members are responsible for making their minimum monthly Mastercard payment.
