Member Card FAQs

Q: My Servus member card isn’t working.

A: If your Member Card® debit card has recently stopped working, it has likely been expired as part of our Member Card replacement project. Your current must be replaced with one of our new Member Card debit cards. To learn more about the new Member cards, visit www.servus.ca/membercard.

If you haven’t received a new card in the mail or have misplaced it, please visit the Servus branch most convenient for you to get a new card.

Q: My Servus member card is about to expire but I haven’t received a replacement in the mail. What do I do?

A: If you haven’t received a new card in the mail or have misplaced it, please visit the Servus branch most convenient for you to get a new card.

Q: Do I need to change my PIN for my new member card?

A: You do not have to change your PIN. Once you receive your new Member Card debit card in the mail, start using that new card with your current PIN right away. You should also destroy and securely destroy your current Member Card.

Q: My new member card has Interac Flash on it. What is Interac flash?
